Upgrade and repair work is quoted individually.

Some issues may require an initial diagnostic assessment before a final repair or upgrade quote can be confirmed.

No parts are ordered and no repair or upgrade work begins until the work and payment terms have been agreed.

What I do not currently offer

ConstructPC currently focuses on desktop PCs.

Highly specialised electronic repair work, such as micro-soldering, circuit board repair or advanced liquid damage repair, is not currently offered.

Laptop, console and handheld repairs may be considered for future shop/refurbishment work, but are not currently offered as a public repair service unless specifically agreed in writing.

Upgrade and repair work includes a 90-day workmanship guarantee for the specific work completed.

If the same issue returns because of the original installation or repair workmanship, ConstructPC will inspect and rectify it without an additional labour charge.

Where parts are supplied by ConstructPC, support can also be provided with applicable manufacturer warranty claims.
